Hello, my Beauties! 💕 My name is Catalina Maldonado, and I’ve been a PMU artist in Bakersfield since 2019, specializing in brows, eyeliner, and lip blush.
I had the honor of training under industry leaders at Elite Permanent Makeup in Brentwood and the Beverly Microblading Center in Westwood, which equipped me to deliver the highest level of artistry and technique to every client.
As a licensed aesthetician, I bring a strong foundation in skin health to every procedure. I truly enjoy the artistry of working with all skin types and tones — from the fairest to deep ebony, and from youthful to mature. Each service is fully customized to enhance your natural beauty.

Nano Brows | Nano Combo Brow (Machine hair strokes)
Nano / Nano Combo Brows
A combination of nano machine hairstrokes and ombré shading to create natural, fuller-looking brows with added definition. This technique is less invasive than microblading and suitable for most skin types.
This is for the initial session. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward the total cost of your service. A 6–8 week perfecting session is recommended and priced separately at $150.
Ombré Powder Brows
Ombré Powder Brows
A beautiful machine shading technique that deposits tiny dots of pigment into the skin, creating a soft powdered effect. The result is a softly pigmented brow that looks very natural. This technique is suitable for most skin types and is often ideal for oily skin.

Permanent Eyeliner (first session)
Micropigmentation of the eyelids to enhance the lash line. Can be a subtle lash enhancement or a winged liner.
Lip blushing | Lip Nuetralization (first session)
Lip Blush
Machine shading of the lips to create a soft blushing effect. This does not create a lipstick look. Rather, it adds natural pigmentation to lips that lack color.
Lip Neutralization
For my rich in melanin beauties, lip neutralization helps balance darker areas of the lips to create a more even tone.
