Hello, my Beauties! 💕 My name is Catalina Maldonado, and I’ve been a PMU artist in Bakersfield since 2019, specializing in brows, eyeliner, and lip blush.
I had the honor of training under industry leaders at Elite Permanent Makeup in Brentwood and the Beverly Microblading Center in Westwood, which equipped me to deliver the highest level of artistry and technique to every client.
As a licensed aesthetician, I bring a strong foundation in skin health to every procedure. I truly enjoy the artistry of working with all skin types and tones — from the fairest to deep ebony, and from youthful to mature. Each service is fully customized to enhance your natural beauty.

October Special | Nano Brows | Nano Combo Brow (Machine hairlike stroke
This is a combination of nano machine hairstrokes, and ombré shading. This technique is far less invasive than microblading, and great for all skin types. This is for the initial session. October Special | Ombré Powder Brows
A beautiful machine shading technique that deposits tiny dots of pigment into the skin, creating a soft powdered effect. This results in very softy pigmented brow, and looks very natural. October Special | PMU Eyeliner (first session)
Micropigmentation of the eyelids. Can be a suble non- detectable lash line enhancement, or a winged liner.
October Special | Lip blushing | Lip Nuetralization Session
Machine shadingof the lips to create a blushing effect . This does not create a lipstick effect. Rather it gives more pigmentation to flushed lips to those who lack color.
For my rich in melamine beauties we also offer Lip Neutralization. This is to cancel some of the dark pigmented areas of the lips out to make them more even toned.
October Special | Annual Touch Up Session
Permanent makeup requires touch ups every 1-3 years. This session is to keep your brows and color looking fresh and crisp.
